Intermittent fasting?

Thinking of incorporating IF. It would make this easier.

I’m going to start with doing this Sunday. If I fast from 9pmish Saturday untill… Like noon the next day. That would be sixteen hours.
Finished with a protein shake and two hard boiled eggs? That would be about 500 calories.

Speaking of calories. Before I left for bc I dropped my calorie goal from 1600 to 1520. I think this is too low. I might go back up to 1600ish. But I was also in another province and then it was the weekend, so I’ll see how this week plays out.

TLDR; gonna stick to my calorie goals this week and then revise them and play with IF.
