So, every other friday I attend a developing talent program. This is just extra practice.It’s two hours. Lately there has been a lot of very tough land training. There is sometimes some water training, zumba, sport psych and nutrition. The sport psych and nutrition aren’t super helpful but overall I think the program is good. I sweat hard and hurt the next day. Lately the other girls from my team haven’t been going the the girls from the other club are a lot of funn too.
Now on every Friday there are little girls in need of a coach. I have been offered this position. I don’t know how many other coaches there would be. I am going to coach prolly this Friday and see how it is. It is kinda far. This is from 6-7 so I think I’m going to help out on the opposite Fridays. They are small kiddies and there is one athlete with a disability.
TLDR; I am going to start with the tough highperformance extra practice every other friday and with the rest of the fridays coach wee ones.?
